Ladies vs Ricky Bahl is an upcoming Bollywood romantic comedy film directed by Maneesh Sharma and produced by Aditya Chopra under the banner of Yash Raj Films. It will star Ranveer Singh and Anushka Sharma in lead roles and marks the debut of Priyanka Chopra's cousin, Parineeti Chopra. The pair will be seen together, once again, after their last hit together Band Baaja Baraat. The film is set to release on December 9, 2011.

YRF-Music has the music rights of Ladies Vs Ricky Bahl. Salim-Sulaiman composed the music and background score for the film while Amitabh Bhattacharya penned the lyrics for them. The first song is released by YRF on youtube entitled "Aadat Se Majboor".

The second song "Jazba" is released by YRF which features Anushka Sharma.
